What is the refund policy?
Hi love! We only provide refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are offered on a discretionary basis and you can email your purchase order number, a picture of the product with “Refund Request” to service@ampbeautyla.com.

When will I receive my order?
We hope that we can get your beauty products to you ASAP so that you can get going and GET GLOWING. Check your order confirmation email for details about your order, including when it will arrive. Drop an email at service@ampbeautyla.com if you have any more questions.

What do I do if I never received my order?
We apologize for any shipment issues you may be experiencing. Drop an email at service@ampbeautyla.com, let us know what’s going on, and we will investigate the matter.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
We apologize in advance if your order was defective. See our refund policy for more information. Feel free to email service@ampbeautyla.com for further direction.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we cannot make any changes.
